ToggyTails fulfil all orders using our trusted partner, Avasam UK, offering fast, tracked delivery across the UK.

Order processing: All orders are processed within 24 hours on business days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Shipping: Standard UK (3 - 7 Business days)
Tracking: A tracking number will be automatically shared with you as soon as your order is dispatched.

Please note: Shipping times refer to delivery after dispatch, excluding processing and weekends.

Returns & Refunds

Standard returns (change of mind) are accepted within 14 days of delivery - items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Faulty or not-as-described items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, with refunds covering item cost and shipping.
